Situation

The administrative operations of this healthcare provider was under increasing pressure to streamline their operations. The management team had tried several times to launch a change effort but realized they did not have the skill or understanding at making it happen.

Approach

Kendall Consulting Group was competitively selected on the basis of its business change methodology and their willingness to coach the management team through the change process rather than insist on doing the work themselves. KCG conducted a series of education sessions and workshops for the entire team. Further, they conducted focused meetings with the provider's leadership to better aim and focus the work efforts of the team.
