Stakeholder Analysis - What Is It?
- Identifies the individuals or groups that will be affected by the contemplated changes
- Builds a “living document” that is continuously updated, revised and used throughout the changes being managed
- Identifies how specific groups of people (or individuals) will respond to planned changes with and without management
- Provides input to the communications and education strategies
- Identifies where other change interventions are needed
