Address one or more of the following questions relative to the Dow Corning case, as well as the class analysis and discussion with Ralph Reed and Charlie Lacey. Consider why? and why not? in each paper, as appropriate.

1. Regarding the process steward role:

a. Is this a career opportunity?

b. Is this a means to "sunset" the PRIDE project?

c. How long should stewards stay in this role? How long will the role last?

2. Is the current I.T. organization the right one for the future? Why and why not? What would you do?

3. What are the advantages of global workflows? (For example, doing supply chain management the same way around the world) What should be done to maintain them versus becoming increasingly "local specific"?

4. Who needs I.T.? What is the role for I.T. in the future organization? Why should anyone pay for it going forward?

5. What is the next role for Ralph Reed?
