Robert H. Reck
President

Dr. Robert Reck is President and Co-founder of Kendall Consulting Group. His consulting work includes business and technology strategy formulation, business process redesign and reengineering, and change management. He is an expert in the design and management of strategic information systems. He is an experienced lecturer, and has provided many in-house and public education sessions. He has worked with several other international consultancies, and opened and directed one firm's European office. He is a visiting professor at the graduate school of business at Babson College and also teaches at Boston University and Harvard University. Virginia P. Reck
Executive Vice President

Virginia Reck is Executive Vice President and Co-founder of Kendall Consulting Group. Her consulting work focuses on assisting company teams to assess their markets, establish business strategy, and redesign key business processes to achieve orders of magnitude improvement in revenue, cost, and service. She specializes in industrial companies and in manufacturing, order management, and logistics processes. She has worked with another international consultancy and held systems management positions with several major industrial companies. Her industry experience includes chemicals, financial services, health care, high technology, steel and aluminum, utilities, pharmaceuticals, etc. She has developed and implemented key methodologies such as "organizational due diligence" for mergers, acquisitions, and partnerships; and "rapid software selection" for the selection of enterprise packages. Robert St. Germain
Senior Consultant

Robert St. Germain is a senior consultant for Kendall Consulting Group. A senior consultant and educator, Rob St. Germain is an enabler of results-based transformative change. He works with organizations to improve overall effectiveness and profitability through focus on process reengineering, change management, project management, strategic planning, whole organization quality management, optimal use of information-based technologies and strategy-based financial controls. Building upon a twenty-year track record of solid results as a corporate manager in manufacturing and service organizations, he now consults to a large number of companies in high technology, distribution, transportation, food service, and general manufacturing in the United States, Canada, Europe, South America, Asia and Africa. Katrina A. Petri
Senior Consultant

Katrina Petri is a senior organizational development consultant for Kendall Consulting Group based in Germany. Her specialty is organizational behavior and development, business cultures, leadership, change management, team formation and performance, and inter-group and inter-personal communications. She is an expert in the application of Large Group Interventions, particulary with the Open Space Methodology, a change approach that involves large groups working simultaneously towards desired goals. She has used tools such as these to help her clients make rapid and significant changes to their operations, including the significant reengineering of business processes. Her work has been in many different industries and functions within those industries. She is a skilled lecturer and teacher; and has taught at the European Business College in Münich. She has lived and worked in the U.S. and Germany, and consulted throughout Europe. She is fluent in English and German. She holds a medical doctorate and is a trained psycho-therapist.
